Overview

At Protein and Nutrients, we are committed to providing premium-quality supplements and a smooth customer experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help with returns, replacements, or refunds according to the policy below.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
  • Be reported within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used supplement containers
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or promotional sale items
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-packaged products
Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Processing

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless our side caused the issue
Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@protein-and-nutrients.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@protein-and-nutrients.com and send your item to: {physical address}.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: support@protein-and-nutrients.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
